Shipping policy

Bead Abode uses USPS Ground Advantage as the primary shipping option for orders.  We offer flat rate shipping to US customers and discounted rates for other destinations.  Shipping Times listed are estimates for US shipments only and may vary.  All other shipping destinations are priced based on actual cost which may be discounted from standard rates.  Our standard policy is to ship all orders placed by Midnight EST on the following business day (we do not ship orders on Sundays or Postal Holidays).  Based on current published USPS shipping time frames to the continental US, it is estimated you will received your delivery within 1-5 days from the time we ship it for standard shipping service and 1-3 days for Expedited Shipping (Priority Mail).

Note for International Customers:  We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for International Orders.   International Customers using freight forwarding services do so at their own risk.  International Orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
